The five rules that apply from the first deposit

The welcome package runs over five deposits, with matches of 100%, 75%, 75%, 50% and 100%. The first deposit also carries 350 free spins. The bonus is credited automatically, so no code is entered. Bonus funds can be withdrawn only after the deposit and the bonus together have been staked 35 times. Winnings from the free spins follow their own multiplier of 40x. Take a £100 deposit matched in full: that gives £200 in play, and 35 times £200 is £7,000 of qualifying stakes. The amounts only illustrate the arithmetic; the limit for each stage is in your bonus terms. A deposit below the stage minimum shown in the cashier is credited to the balance without opening a stage. The lightest stage to clear is stage 4: the same £100 matched at 50% gives £150 in play and a target of £5,250.

Time: 10 days

A welcome bonus stage has 10 days to be completed. The 350 free spins of the first stage are credited at 35 per day across the same 10 days.

Cap: the winnings limit

Winnings that come from a bonus are capped at 10 times the bonus amount. A big win on a small bonus is paid only up to the cap.

Withdrawal order and hours

A withdrawal request enters a queue handled by our finance team on weekdays between 06:00 and 17:00 GMT. A request made on Saturday or Sunday waits for Monday. Up to three requests may be pending at once, and one deposit must have been staked once before the first payout is released. After approval, e-wallets and cryptocurrency pay within 0 to 24 hours, cards within 24 to 72 hours or longer, and bank transfers within 3 to 7 days.

VIP level and the withdrawal ceiling
